Follow the instructions below to attend the meeting in person or using zoom.
Attending via Zoom:
A link will be posted in the meeting announcement and on the district calendar one week prior to the meeting.
Attending in Person:
In-person attendance will be allowed in Phase 2 regions, with capacity limited to 25% and following all safety protocols. Masks are required and social distancing guidelines will be followed.
If you would like to make a public comment, a form will be linked to the meeting announcement. Submitted statements will be read during the Public Comment portion of the agenda.
For non-agenda items, comments will be limited to 3 minutes per speaker and 12 minutes per topic. For agenda items, comments will be limited to 5 minutes per speaker and 20 minutes per topic. Comments directed at the performance of school personnel will not be allowed. The board will not take action on a citizen request made in this manner but may refer the issue to the administration for further investigation or research.
