District Performance Report
School Improvement Plans
The continuous school improvement planning process begins with an annual assessment of each school's strengths and areas for growth based on student achievement data. Each school develops three goals for the year that are operationalized, monitored, and reported on annually. The goals focus on improving student achievement and supporting students’ social-emotional well-being. Throughout the year, progress is monitored, and data is collected to assess the effectiveness of the strategies implemented to achieve the goals. The results of this monitoring are shared with the Board of Directors, and adjustments are made to ensure that the goals are achieved. The continuous school improvement planning process is an important tool for ensuring that Yelm Community Schools are meeting the needs of all students and providing a high-quality education that prepares them for success in college and careers.
