Yelm Community Schools is an amazing place for students to learn, grow and find success. In 2024-25 we will continue to push forward in positive ways to serve students, families and staff. Throughout our district this year you will see references to the Science of Hope. The science is not about being wishful or optimistic. It is based in research that concludes that high hope people believe four foundational things:
- The future will be better than the present
- We have the power to make it so
- There are multiple paths to our goals
- All of the paths will have obstacles
We firmly believe that schools, working together with families, will achieve great things. Student achievement results have increased each year of our Strategic Plan, and we are determined to accelerate that trend. Yelm Community Schools will be exemplary across all achievement measures.
Great things are happening all throughout our district! Please take time to view our district and school websites. They are terrific sources of information. Also, please attend some of the many positive events at our schools this year. You will be pleased.
