New Student, Kindergarten & Transition to Kindergarten (TK)
Registration Information
Depending on your previous enrollment status as a family, please note the various instruction for enrollment below:
- Current families with a Family Access account: register online by logging in to your Family Access account, click on the house icon and select New Student Enrollment
- New families to the District: register online by completing New Student Enrollment
- District Employees: Log into Qmlativ, click on the drop-down menu by the Home Icon and select "New Student Registration"
If you are unable to register online:
- access a computer at the district office
- download the forms and submit the school
Kindergarten Registration
Per Board Policy 3110: To be admitted to a kindergarten program which commences in the fall of the year, a child must be not less than five years of age prior to September l of that school year.

Required Documentation
The following documents will need to be uploaded during online registration:
- Birth Certificate
- Immunization Records - access instructions if you needed assistance in obtaining your child's records
- Proof of Residency
- Valid Email
Transition to Kindergarten (TK) Registration
TK is an early learning program designed for students who will be four years old by August 31st of the school year and require additional preparation for kindergarten. Due to limited availability, admission is based on a screening and application process. Priority enrollment is given to children residing in the Mill Pond and Fort Stevens attendance areas who have a demonstrated need in academic, social, and language development, as well as financial need.
If your child has applied, been screened, and received confirmation that they qualified for the program, please complete the New Student Enrollment form.
