Stihl Donates to Small Engines

Thank you to JD Fernstrom and STIHL Northwest in Centralia for your continued support of our Small Engines CTE program. Each year JD provides training and tests to certify students at the bronze technician level. This gives students a step up in the interview process with local, state, national and international job openings. JD shared his career pathway story and emphasized the importance of taking every opportunity you get to try! It may open a door down the road or even create a career for lifetime as it has for him. Thank you for donating over $6600 of equipment for students to practice with and develop hands on skills applicable in numerous career fields. #TryCTE
