Student Data Management

  • The Office of Student Learning manages the district’s student information system in such a way as to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and accuracy as possible.  The information in the system is used by the Office of Student Learning to complete required state and federal reports.

    OSL staff are responsible for managing the district’s various digital learning platforms.  Information is shared between the district’s student information system and these digital learning platforms for the purpose of building student/staff rosters and setting up appropriate access credentials.  OSL staff ensure that all information that is shared with outside entities is kept confidential and secure through established data sharing agreements.
