Electronic Flyer Overview

  • NOTE:  Flyers are distributed on Friday only.  Please submit them by 5pm on Thursday for approval.

peachjar Yelm Community Schools has transitioned to digital flyers. Peachjar helps us better connect parents, students and the community at large to events, activities, and resources available in the greater Yelm area while reducing the distribution of paper materials. Community organizations can upload flyers into Peachjar, and parents can receive digital flyers regarding school and community resources through email. To reduce the number of times we are emailing families, all flyers must be submitted for a Friday distribution date. All flyers will be available at any time on the Yelm Community Schools’ community bulletin board. Each family should have received a welcome email from Peachjar. No action is required, however, you can manage your account preferences or unsubscribe by logging into your account using the information provided in the email.

Flyer distribution is regulated in accordance with Board Policy and Procedures 4060. Please review the guidelines below before submitting a flyer. For more information, contact Community Relations Coordinator Sophia Struna at 360.458.6106 or by email.
