Principal's Message

  • PRINCIPAL’S MESSAGE - August 18, 2023

    Hello Storm Family!

Thank you for visiting our website, and welcome to Ridgeline Middle School as we prepare for the 2023-2024 school year! We look forward to seeing students and families again at our  Ridgeline Orientation on August 30 from 3:30 to 6:30! Details have been sent to parent email addresses, so look for that message. .

This school year, student and parent voice will be a focus for our staff. We want student and parent involvement in making Ridgeline the best it can be for all students! At our Coffee with the Principal events this year, we will reference the book, Parent Voice: Being in Tune with Your Kids and Their School. You can order your own copy of the book or attend the first Coffee with the Principal on August 25 at 7:00 a.m. for a free copy - first come, first serve while they last!

Through August and September, we will also ask all parents to write a letter to each of their children who attend Ridgeline. The letter will be a prompt to parents to speak belief and hope into their children about the upcoming school year. What do you hope for your child to experience and achieve in the 2023-2024 school year? What do you want to say to them to help them realize their full potential and their dreams for the future?

You can submit your letter to your student here: My Hopes & Dreams for My Child

We look forward to welcoming all new and returning students and families to the STORM Family in the 2023-2024 school year! We call our community the “STORM Family” because we want our school family to be an extension of your family. We want to serve you in times of joy, happiness, and triumph, but also in times of challenge, grief, and struggle. Academic learning and growth are our bottom line, yet we also understand that educating students means being attentive to the whole child and caring about their social and emotional well-being.

Our teachers and staff love middle school-age students, and we love to be a part of their learning and growth during these crucial years of development. We love having parents in our school and contributing to our positive school culture. Parents and community are a big part of who we are, and we want you to help us tell our story.

Ridgeline Middle School is a community school. We are a place of learning, belonging, growth, and support for students, families, and community.

Thank you for being a part of our community and our school!
