• Current families with a Family Access account: register online by logging in to your Qmlativ Family Access account, click on the house icon and select New Student Enrollment
    New families: register online by completing New Student Enrollment

    District Employees: Log into Qmlativ, click on the drop-down menu by the Home Icon and select "New Student Registration"
    If you are unable to register online:
    • access a computer at the district office
    • download the forms and submit the school (ENGLISH | SPANISH)

Kindergarten Registration

  • Per Board Policy 3110:  To be admitted to a kindergarten program which commences in the fall of the year, a child must be not less than five years of age prior to September l of that school year.

  • The following documents will need to be uploaded during the registration process:
    • Birth Certificate
    • Immunization Records - access instructions if you needed assistance in obtaining your child's records
    • Proof of Residency
    • Valid Email
