I have a fine on my student's account. Why?
The online payments application is integrated with the Financial Services Department and the Student Records system (Skyward) to consolidate information across the district. If there is a fine on your account, certain items may be restricted for purchase until the fine(s) are paid. There are many reasons why your student may have a fine. The most common reasons are:
- A student lost or damaged a library book or textbook
- A class fee wasn't paid
- A student damaged school property
- A student didn't pay a field trip fee, a club dues or other school-related fees on time

I've tried to log into TouchBase, but it doesn't work. What do I do?
Access the Online Payment system on our website and follow the steps to reset your password and/or confirm your user ID.
NOTE: If you change your Payment Portal password, it will not match your Skyward password. You will need to update your Skyward password separately in order for them to match. -
There is an item my student wants to purchase, but I don't see it.
Your school's web store offers many items to parents and students, but there are certain items that may require a form to be filled out, other handling or the item is only available at a certain times. Check with your school's office for more information and check back in the web store often for updates.
