    Thursday was First Day for Kinders

    It was an exciting day for students and an emotional day for parents as kindergartners started their first day of school on Thursday. Staff and volunteers rallied around arriving buses to greet their brand-new students and quickly place color-coded bands on wrists and backpacks to identify each student’s bus.     Community Donates School Supplies at Walmart

    Yelm Walmart hosted another successful "Fill the Bus" school supply donation campaign. A Yelm school bus parked at the store was loaded up with bags and bags of much-needed items donated by local shoppers to help students in need of school supplies. Thank you Walmart and community!
