Yelm Dollars For ScholarsYelm Dollars for Scholars is an affiliate chapter of Citizen's Scholarship Foundation of America, Inc. We are a community-based organization whose primary purpose is to provide scholarships for the higher education of graduating Yelm seniors.
The mission of Yelm Dollars for Scholars is to provide financial support through community donations and fundraising to Yelm High School graduates committed to further educational endeavors. Scholarship funding includes an annual auction, Yelm Chamber of Commerce Penny Drive, business and individual donations, memorials and other yearly fund raisers. The scholarships awarded each year depend on the amount of money earned that year. We are registered as a non-profit corporation in the State of Washington.
The Dollars for Scholars committee is open to anyone interested in joining the organization. Meetings are held the first Tuesday of each month in the Yelm High School library beginning at 7 p.m. |
