This site is designed to be a resource for people looking to teach about the Nisqually tribe. The site is organized in such a way that educators can look through the different lesson topics and choose particular lessons for whatever focus they may have. Many of the options within each lesson section can be combined together to put together short units. It would also be possible to combine together multiple lesson sections to use together as a fairly comprehensive unit. It would also be possible to use all of these lessons or some combination from each of the sections and complete the Causes of Conflict Washington State CBA. When using these lessons, or starting any Native Culture unit, it is recommended to have students complete this pre-assessment survey first. Click here to take survey" Once your unit is complete, a post-assessment survey is a great way to see how the unit went. Click here to take survey" . Both of these surveys are anonymous and used to collect data on a larger scale than individual student level. ![]() This page is dedicated to being a place to get lessons plans about the Nisqually tribe. |
