MISSION & VISION STATEMENT

Yelm Middle School provides for an academic and comfortable learning environment where every student is empowered to reach their potential academically, socially and emotionally in preparation for a successful and fulfilling future.

ABOUT OUR SCHOOL

The curriculum plan for Yelm Middle School is a clear indication that we are serious about providing a quality education for all our students.  Besides academics, we offer a variety of extracurricular activities.  Staff members and parents work together to create a positive school program.

ABOUT OUR BUILDING

Our school sits on the site of the original Yelm K-12 school.  It was remodeled in 1985 and the only original part of the building is the 200 wing.  We became Yelm Middle School when the high school was built in 1976.
