New Student Registration

Families may register their new student daily from 8:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Please make sure to bring the following information when you come to register your student:

Birth Certificate
Immunization records
Proof of residency (e.g. - utility bill, mortgage or rental agreement, or other document with the home's physical address printed on it.)
The name and address of the previous school your student attended.

The following transportation forms need to be completed only if you need bus service to and from an alternate address (such as a day care) or if you will not be needing any bus transportation:
