New Student Registration
Kindergarten registration: (click on link to left for more information)
Students must be 5 years old on or before August 31 to enroll.
Please make sure to bring the following information when you come to register your student:
- Birth Certificate
- Immunization records Required Vaccination Schedule
- Proof of residency (e.g. - utility bill, mortgage or rental agreement, or other document with the home's physical address printed on it.)
- The name and address of the previous school your student attended.

The following transportation form needs to be completed only if you need bus service to and from an alternate address (such as a day care) : Daycare/Alternate Transportation
