    • The second and last Wednesday of each month (except November and December which is on the third Wednesday) at 6:30 p.m.

    • The cost for the Food Handler class and card is $10.00. Photo and signature ID are required. Allow extra time for registration. Olympia

    • Take exit 104 off Interstate 5 on to Highway 101.
    • Take the first exit (Cooper Point/Crosby Boulevard).

    • Go 5 blocks. Take a left on to Lakeridge Drive.
    • Thurston County Courthouse is a large brick complex on the right.

Tacoma

    • Monday at 8:45 a.m. and 1:45 p.m.
    • Friday at 8:45 a.m. and 1:45 p.m.
    • Evening Classes are every Thursday at 5:45 p.m.

    • The Tacoma Pierce County Health Department is a two story brick building on the corner of 37th and Pacific Avenue.
    • Entrance is on the D side of the street by the flagpole.
  • Information:
    • The cost for the Food Handler class and card is $10.00. Payment is to be made in cash only. No checks will be accepted. Bring current card, copy of current card, or expired card of less than 14 days with to obtain 3 year Food Handler Card. Photo and signature ID are required. There is a seating limit of 134. Only those taking the class will be admitted. Class closes at ten minutes past the hour. There will be no late admittance. The class and test are approximately one and a half-hours in length. Parking is limited. Allow extra time for parking and registration.
