  • 2013-2014 Kindergarten Registration
    Kinder  
     Kindergarten registration will begin on Monday, April 1. 
    The office is open for registrations from                                                                                                                                                              12:00-7:00 (April 3 and 4)                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            
         12:00-2:00 (April 5)
    Kinders must be 5 on or before August 31, 2013 
    Required Documentation for Registration
    • Copy of Birth Certificate (must be age 5 on or before August 31)
    • Proof of Immunization
    • Verification of Residency
    • Other Registration Forms available on this site or at the Southworth office

Welcome to Southworth!  As principal, I would like to take this opportunity to welcome you and your child to Southworth Elementary for the 2012-2013 school year.  Our staff and parent/guardians agree that a well-informed, involved learning community is essential for student success.  By combining all of our efforts, we are better able to offer our students the quality and varied programs they deserve.  Thanks for being partners with us in creating a school that learns!  It is our hope that Southworth Elementary memories will be happy ones for you and your children.
